Retained Search - Hourly Chargeout

Search and Deliverables tailored and agreed upon with an upfront retainer or Hourly Rate chargeout, set-off against final placement fee.   We deliver full Mapping, Long List and Short List, with Candidate call notes and may also delivering candidate contact information for our client to make their own Warm Calls at a later time.

Contingent or Success-fee based Search

We work with our client to deliver top class candidates and charge our fees only at the end.  If exclusive we devote our full focus for an agreed period. If we are not quickly successful we will be candid and inform you of the complexities and any mismatch between expectations and suitable candidates.  We will inform you candidly of market perception of your firm.

Nominated Shouldertapping

We work with client firms who have issues with making direct approaches to candidates at competitors.  Usually done on an Hourly Rate chargout – 2 hours charge may save a chunky Fee!

Talent / Market Mapping, Competitor Analysis Succession Plans, Business Feasibility studies

Talent/Market Mappings – we develop a list of Target Companies or competitors and then build out a map of team members, their profiles and ideally their interest in considering a move – all done without identifying who our client is.   This can evolve into tailored Competitor Anayses.

Succession Plans – we work with company Founders to market map and approach potential successors and Investors.

Business Feasibility Studies – Market Entry – we work with firms seeking to open in new geographies or open new product lines.  As headhunters, people take our call, and speak candidly with us.
